Prostate Cancer Prostate Cancer is a common Cancer in men over the age of 50, being the most common male Cancer after Skin Cancer. In younger males, the normal Prostate is the size of a walnut, but it is usually much larger in older men. About 1 in 8 men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer in their lifetime, the average age of diagnosis is around 66.
