| Black Myrobalan | Vitis vinifera | 2 drams ea. |
| Raisins | Tamarindus indica | 1 oz. |
| Tamarind | Terminalia chebula (yellow) | 3 oz. |
Preparation:
Boil the juices, removing the scum. Then add the rest in powder and form an Electuary. Clarified Honey can be added if required.
Function:
clears Heat, Bile and Burnt Humors from the Blood, resolves Toxin, opens the Liver
Use:
1. cleanses the Blood, used for Skin diseases
2. Syphilis
3. Leprosy
4. Jaundice
5. Liver obstruction
Dose:
1–2 drams
