Resists Poison:-chronic Epidemic diseases-diseases due to Toxicity and Poisoning-abscess, boils-internally and externally to heal wounds3. Emetic:-used as an emetic for Phlegm and Phlegm-Bile diseases (root) Dose: Powder: 1–3 grams Substitute: 1. Yellow Dock and Sorrel are regarded as varieties of Sho and may generally be substituted.
