Preparation:

Powder, then grind with the juice of Brahmi (Bacopa monnieri), and dry. Then keep for use.

Function:

Settles Wind, Clears Phlegm, Calms the Spirit, Benefits the Mind, Regulates Qi

Use:

1. Epilepsy
2. Anxiety
3. Irritability
4. Depression
5. Mental Fatigue
6. Psychosis
7. Mania
8. Poor concentration
9. Poor Intellect
10. Delayed intellectual development
11. Delayed Speech devlopment
12. Speech disorders including Stammering
13. Loss of Memory
14. Neuropathy
15. Tinnitus

Dose:

3–5 grams once or twice daily (usually taken first thing in the morning) with Honey (1 teaspoon) and a little Ghee (10 drops). It can also be taken with warm water.
It is usually recommended to take for 2–4 months.
