Topical

2. Bryony root with Poke root
3. Oil of White Lillies
  Oil of Roses
  Lanolin
Mix, apply topically, (The Secrets of Alexis, 1615)
4. Gum Arabic
  Tragacanth  2 drams ea.
  Galbanum
  Gum Ammoniac   1.5 drams ea.
  Bean meal
  Chickpea powder   1 oz. ea.
Dissolve gums in Sweet Almond oil with a little Vinegar, add the rest and with a little Pitch and Wax make a Plaster. (The Secrets of Alexis, 1615)
5. Mallow
  Marshmallow
  Wormwood
  Vervain
  Tansy
  Cabbage
Seethe in old wine and use as a wash. Beat the herbs and apply as a paste. (The Secrets of Alexis, 1615)

1. Hot Abscess of the Testicles:
  Bean meal
  Barley meal
  Henbane leaf
Powder, mix with Oil of Roses.
2. Raisin pulp
  Bean meal
  Cumin powder
Mix with honey and form a plaster.
3. Calamint
  Leaven
  Salt
  Butter
Make a Plaster.
4. Cicer mixed with Honey and applied.

Pain of the Testicles
1. Raisins, Cumin and beans are soaked in water, beaten to a paste and applied.
2. Decoct Lettuce and apply.
3. Roast Pearl Barley, powder, mix with oil and apply.
4. Mix Sulphur with Vinegar into a paste and apply.
Hardness of Tumor of the Testicles
Betel Nut 28 (Go yu nyer brgyad)
A PLASTER:
  Gium Arabic
  Tragacanth  2 drams ea.
  Galbanum
  Gum Ammoniac.  1 ½ dram ea.
  Bean flour
  Chickpea flour  1 oz. ea.
